Hell or High Water: My First Review

My First Review

I will be making sporatic reviews of local bands and artists that i find to be the best. The first band I am reviewing today is 1dickens. I got this demo from a young lady named lisa and i have to say that i could tell what kind of influences flow through their music, a little Alkaline Trio, a little blink182, some 7 seconds and there could be more. It is a great mix and i gotta say the fourth and tracks, " Chopshop and a Crackhead" and "Brothers in Arms" remind me of The Offspring( before they started to suck ass ) and Rancid.........my opinion of course.....

well it has been quite the pain in the ass to get this started. but thanks to girlontech.com, i can finally get the podcast going and then my computer takes a massive shit( no thanks to me )
so i will have it ready in a couple weeks

Welcome to Hell or High Water...............................a place where you will hear a mix of old school metal, hip-hop, alternative and whatever else I feel like playing. Also I am extending an invite to any local band across the country or the world because I support local music anywhere. What I don't support is racist, hateful and just stupid shit. So if you're about that, don't bother!!!!

I will start the podcasts within the next 2 weeks, so if you know any bands that needs the exposure, send me a link of the band and i will do my best to get them in.
